Standard Items
If your Standard Shipping item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours. For other issues concerning Standard Shipping orders, contact us within 15 days after delivery and we will take due action. We accept the return of Standard Shipping item(s) within 15 days of delivery. For Standard Deliveries where a manufacturing defect is discovered returns are accepted within the 15‐day period after arrival.

In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be:
In new/unused condition and
Returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed as a part of the Delivery, in which case please re‐pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping).
Special Order Items
Because special order merchandise is manufactured especially for you, we require a 25% nonrefundable restocking fee. Should you cancel or return special order merchandise, you will forfeit the 25% value of the item/items being returned. If a Special Order item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible within a 72 hour period. Based on an investigation of the damage, due process will be taken.
Delivery Policy for Special Order Items
To guarantee the successful delivery of Special Orders please provide the most accurate contact information available, to insure that delivery personnel can communicate with you prior to and on the day of the delivery if need be. We will communicate all shipping and delivery information as it becomes available. Someone of 18 years or older must be home to accept delivery. Please make sure to be available the day scheduled for delivery. Please take the right precautions when preparing for delivery. This means making sure the path to the items place is clear. Measure all doorways, hallways, pathways and stairways to make sure the item will fit. To protect wood, tile, carpet, or linoleum floors, please lay rugs, blankets or cardboard down for the delivery. If the furniture is to be placed on wood floors, please place pieces of cloth or felt down under legs to protect your floors, we are not responsible for any damages to home or floors caused by delivery or placement of product.
